Creating a home for a purpose driven organization takes focus and intention. To support the LPFCH vision: That all children in the communities we serve are able to reach their maximum health potential, our One Workplace enterprise commandeered all resources to deliver two floors in downtown Palo Alto.
Empowering LPFCH staff with the best design, workplace options and technology to do their best work, meant coordinating expertise from each of the One Workplace brands while always keeping the LPFCH mission front of mind and on display.
Flexibility in the interior architecture and design is key, allowing the space to be as agile as possible to meet all current and future needs. Engaging, exciting and inclusive were the attributes that drove selection of furniture, lighting, materials and décor.
