SANTA CLARA, CA -- November 4, 2019 -- One Workplace is pleased to announce that Graham Wallace has been appointed general manager of United Corporate Furnishings (UCF), which was acquired earlier this year. Graham comes to Sacramento from sales and consulting roles at One Workplace and Steelcase and in his new position, he will be creating additional growth and development opportunities for UCF that complement the company’s already strong position in the office, healthcare and education markets.
“The Sacramento market will be well-served by Graham’s 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest companies, helping them bring their brands and their culture to life in their spaces,” said One Workplace Chief Operating Officer Mark Baker. “He brings with him our expanded offerings -- creative furniture solutions and services as well as AV, technology and construction services and the synergy that comes from our larger Northern California presence.”
Born in Washington, Graham has lived in CA for 35 years and earned a degree in literature from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He’s relocated to Sacramento with his wife Megan and their two young children.
“I’m energized by the chance to get to know this fast-growing region, and to help the brands here grow their spaces and empower their cultures,” said Graham. “The UCF team shares so many of One Workplace’s values, including a focus on teamwork and customer service -- so all that’s left is to build on the tremendous legacy started by its founders 30 years ago.”
