SACRAMENTO, Calif. — October 1, 2026 — One Workplace, a leading provider of commercial workplace solutions, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Seats and Stations, a Roseville-based commercial furniture dealer serving the greater Sacramento region. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings together two established Sacramento-area businesses and expands One Workplace's healthcare practice across Northern California. One Workplace will maintain the Roseville office alongside its Sacramento location.
Seats and Stations customers now have access to One Workplace's workplace strategy and design, project management, architectural products, technology, local warehouse and in-house installation and workplace services teams. The combined organization also brings together complementary manufacturer relationships, offering both the Steelcase and Kimball International product lines.
