Roseville Joint Union High School District Office

To better support students, staff, and the community, Roseville Joint Union High School District partnered with HMC Architects and Flint Construction to bring nearly 80 district staff into a new centralized location. Designed with a focus on wellbeing and sustainability, we were delighted to curate furnishings for innovative, collaborative spaces throughout the building to enhance communication among employees.

This progressive office environment is designed to foster teamwork and modern collaboration from the moment you walk in. A mix of soft seating, casual touchdown areas, diverse conference room configurations, and workstations with nearby collaborative seating create the ideal setting for every type of interaction—supporting the dynamic needs of district staff throughout the day.
All the furniture solutions, thoughtfully curated by One Workplace designer Alex Villasenor, feature rich textures, warm wood tones, and evoke a residential ambiance to support engagement.
A spacious, multi-purpose room was designed for maximum adaptability—able to host everything from formal school board meetings to smaller group sessions. Flexible architecture, integrated technology, and versatile furniture make it easy to divide and reconfigure the space to meet a wide range of needs.
Workstations, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, and dining areas are designed to support a range of postures—promoting comfort, accessibility, and inclusivity for everyone who uses the space.
