From the executive office with it's height adjustable desk, display monitor for video conferencing and sound absorptive wall coverings, to open office area with speakers that offer sound masking and doorbell alerts to receive guests effectively, the merging of functional, practical and beautiful furnishings and technology resulted from direct collaboration with the leaders and designers from Shea Homes.
Shea Homes designers informed selections for customer waiting areas, their Customer Design Studio as well as their work area beyond. Subtle biophilic influences and the integrated technology augment the space's natural light and views to surrounding nature make Shea Homes offices as comfortable as the homes they sell.
