Inclusive Capital Partners

Jones | Haydu and Amber Evans collaborated on these award winning offices for Inclusive Capital Partners. Situated in an historic warehouse structure in the SF Presidio, the design respects existing architecture and introduces new motifs through construction, materials, lighting, sculpture and furnishings.

Sustainability was paramount as the firm manages environmentally friendly investments, in pursuit of a healthy planet and people. The oak flooring, beams, bow-truss structure and skylights were integrated into the new design along with the monumental biophilia inspired steel sculpture commissioned for the entry.
Working with the design team, we offered furniture solutions to match the raw and refined design. Some existing seating was reused, with all new Steelcase workstations, conference rooms and private offices. Materials are natural with a subdued color palette accented by metal and black.
Repurposing architectural elements in just over 12,000 square feet of space, highlighting the natural structure, and creating as much transparency as possible with spaces to support all the work of the firm, the project team delivered a welcoming, sustainable environment for Inclusive Capital Partners and their clients.
